A pair of vintage German Bundeswehr engineer boots with a stunning patina. We estimate that they are from the 70's andthey are in great conditiongiven that they have been around for decades.

The leather is thick and still soft. The dark brown color almost appears black, and in some places one can see that a brighter brown shade. The boots have a hard toe thatsmade of very thick and hard leather. The sole is in good condition and the front part appears to be the original and the sole ofthe heel has just been replaced. The boots have just been seen to by a cobbler and the leather has been conditioned so they are ready to be worn!

Regarding the sizethe boots have no markings but there is a pair of leather soles in them that sized EUR 43 / US 10. Douglas wears US 10 on Red Wing and other boots and these are slightly to small for him, so we would say that they should fit if you are a US 9 or US 9,5.
